    Daniel Vosotas, a resident of Miami, Florida, is a business executive with a career spanning four decades. Since establishing his management companies in 1984, Daniel Vosotas has been at the helm of this Miami-based hospitality management company.

     

    Daniel's management company is one of the leading independent full-service and select-service hospitality management firms in the United States. The company has grown significantly under Mr. Vosotas' leadership, acquiring and developing properties nationwide. Currently, it handles 67 hotel transactions, representing over $1 billion in today's market value. Moreover, the company has strong, long-standing partnerships with top hotel brands in the industry, like Hilton, IHG, and Starwood.

     

    Daniel Vosotas and his experienced management team have strategically expanded their property portfolio, which includes Holiday Inn Express properties in Alabama, Courtyard and Ramada hotels in Georgia, and numerous others across Michigan and beyond. There are a total of 60 properties across 16 states. Mr. Vosotas leads the firm in delivering various services, including property and asset management, stabilizing distressed assets such as those in foreclosure, offering consulting services, and renovating or repositioning properties as needed.

     

    Daniel Vosotas also holds an executive position as the founder and CEO at Portara a short-tern rental real estate fund in Florida.
